i don't cry at weddings. i think it is really corny to do so, since it is supposed to be a happy moment fot everyone, so hy cry? right? well i threw out my whole "crying at weddings" rule yesterday, when one of my bestfriends chinggay got married to her cutie boyfriend jon. i know it should be a happy time for all of us, but then again, it felt weird, since she's the first one in our crazy high school bunch to tie the knot. i remember when we were making our "fearless predictions" days away from our high school graduation, we predicted that chinggay will most likely be a starving artist roaming the streets of italy, painting whatever she sees. who would ever guess that she will be the first one to get married? i m so happy for her, but i guess i can't help but feel sad to accept that yes, we are getting old. it's been six years since our high school graduation...from high school proms to graduation, debut parties to being college graduates, yuppies to marriage...what's next for our crazy high school bunch? baptismal to children's parties perhaps? ;-)
